30-day live arrival guarantee

Every plant is covered for 30 days from delivery: if it arrives dead, or so damaged that it will not recover, we replace it free. Where a replacement is not possible we refund it instead.

Send a photo and your order number. We do not ask you to ship a dead shrub back to us.

The guarantee does not cover a plant that dies from improper installation or from not being watered. Plants take time to root after planting and can look rough before they settle, so follow the care steps for what you have bought.
